Tourism NI staff are lacing up their trainers in a bid to raise vital funds for Guide Dogs Northern Ireland, a charity that supports people with sight loss to take control of their lives and move around freely and independently.

Guide Dog puppy Finn leads the way to the Belfast City Marathon

The team of twelve staff members met at the marathon starting point, Belfast City Hall today and were greeted by a very special supporter - 4-month-old Guide Dog puppy in training Finn.

Having raised almost £6,000 for Guide Dogs NI the staff of Tourism NI were given the opportunity to name the puppy and marathon mascot, who will hopefully be a lifesaving companion for someone in Northern Ireland. To continue their fundraising drive and support Finn and other Guide Dogs in Northern Ireland, Tourism NI staff have set up a Just Giving fundraising page.
