Tourism NI COVID 19 BuSiness Support Helpline - Now Open
We have set up a dedicated telephone line service and online enquiry facility for our industry. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with us with any queries that you have and we will do our very best to get you the answers you need. Please call us on 028 95925313, lines open Monday to Sunday 9-5. Outside of these hours please submit an online query via the 'contact us' form at the bottom of the page.

Government response - The Chancellor has now set out a package of measures to support businesses through this period of disruption caused by COVID-19 including the announcement of the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme on Friday 20th March. Further information is coming through in relation to these measures and how to access them and this is being updated on www.gov.uk and NI Business Info.

Northern Ireland Hotels Federation (NIHF) has compiled comprehensive guidance for the hotel sector and will be useful advice for anyone operating in the tourism sector.

On 25 March it was announced businesses will receive an additional 3 months to file accounts with Companies House to help companies avoid penalties as they deal with the impact of COVID-19. For more information click here.
We want to provide an evidence base for Ministers and officials for their ongoing discussions with the UK Government on how existing schemes may be refined and inform the design of any additional interventions which may be required to support the tourism sector.
