Prior to this Rosemarie worked as a management consultant for Mazars Consulting in Dublin where she had service line responsibility for strategic planning, organisation development, business process reengineering, governance and enterprise risk management. Rosemarie holds a bachelor in laws (LL.B) from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters in Criminology (MSSc) from Queen’s University Belfast.
