Mystery shop and mentoring opportunity to assess your customer service and increase standards.
Belfast based retailers, hospitality and tourism-related businesses (as well as certain not-for-profit organisations) are being offered:
A ‘before’ and ‘after’ mystery shop visit with an action plan to assess customer service and increase standards.
Depending on your businesses requirements, you can also receive up to 10.5 hours of mentoring support in any of the following areas:
- Customer service
- Team management and staff productivity
- Face-to-face sales
- Financial planning
Certain conditions apply. The programme is opened to businesses employing fewer than 20 people and based within the city council boundary area. Businesses can register their interest through their business registration form.
