Tourism matters. It is a key driver of the global economy. Northern Ireland has fought hard for its share of the growing market - Tourism NI
The tourism industry is thriving in Northern Ireland with Titanic Belfast being voted the worlds leading tourist attraction, a new and booming film industry including Game of Thrones putting us firmly on the map, a rich food and drink culture and the ripple effect of The Open spreading to golf courses throughout the island.
In 2018 we welcomed 5 million visitors, spending on average £2.97m per day. The economic impact of this is great for our country and we want to help your business to prosper as part of the local tourism economy.
Ulster Bank Boost has partnered with Tourism NI to take a look at what other opportunities lie ahead for tourism in Northern Ireland and how we can expand beyond Belfast and the North Coast. The free-to-attend event will include a Q&A session with local businesses including Hastings Hotels and Further Space holiday pods to hear their ups and downs, as well as what support is available to you from both Ulster Bank and Tourism NI.
We welcome you to join us at Slieve Donard hotel, Newcastle on Thursday 10th October, 8am for an informal breakfast an opportunity to network with your peers and put your questions to our panel.
Free parking will be available at the venue.
This is the part a series of free local Business events organised by Ulster Bank Boost to provide local businesses with the tools, knowledge and networks to grow. Find us on twitter @carataylorbge #ulsterbankboost or www.ulsterbank.co.uk/boost
