Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council are running a World Host Service Across Cultures training course for tourism and hospitality businesses in the Causeway Coast and Glens destination.
Our World Host Service Across Cultures programme aims to increase your staff’s awareness of other cultures and gives them practical skills and advice to help them communicate effectively with visitors or clients from overseas.
This will help your business gain a competitive edge with your international visitors through staff completing a world-class accredited training programme which has been specifically developed to raise the standard and delivery of customer service in the UK.
The course will be delivered by Chambers Consulting and Causeway Coast Foodie Tours and is offered at a subsidised cost of only £10 per participant, which will include all World Host training materials, certificate and a light lunch.
