David Roberts - Director of Strategic Development

David Roberts took up the role of Director of Strategic Development at Tourism NI in 2021. He is responsible for a broad portfolio of activity, spanning industry and experience development, regions and investment, and quality and standards. He is also the Investment Decision Maker for the tourism-led projects within the four NI City and Growth Deals.

David’s career has encompassed economic development roles across the public and private sectors. Most recently, he was Head of Economics at Invest NI.
