Hospitality Exchange is back! The biggest conference for tourism and hospitality takes place in the Crowne Plaza Belfast on 15th and 16th October 2024.

Hosted by the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation, come along to hear from some of the most influential and inspirational speakers on all things hotels, food, drink, tourism and more.

On Tuesday 15th October, the day will start with 'Automation vs Personalisation' disccussing if AI is an enemy or an asset, how to improve efficiency without losing the human touch, compered by Tim Browne. Later on in the day there will be a 'Winning Ways Lunch', where Tanya Oxtoby, the NI Women's Football Manager, will discuss what makes a winning team.

On Wednesday 16th October, a 'Business Breakfast' will kick of the morning with a business update hosted by veteran journalist, Mark Simpson. There will then be a reflection on the past and a look to the future looking at trends, events and sustainable growth. In the afternoon there will be a 'Speaker Lunch' where Richie Murphy, Head Coach at Ulster Rugby will discuss nurturing talent and Grand Slam success.

The event will end with the Gala Ball, celebrating 25 years with a silver-themed evening.
