New interactive visitor screens installed around Belfast thanks to funding from Tourism Northern Ireland
New touch screens featuring eye-catching information about nine Belfast neighbourhoods as well as wider Northern Ireland, have been installed at key transport hubs and entry points across the city, thanks to funding from Tourism Northern Ireland.
Visit Belfast have erected the screens at Europa Bus Centre, Lanyon Place Train Station, P&O and Stena Line Ferry terminals, on board P&O Ferries, Belfast International Airport and Belfast City Airport as well as the Visit Belfast Welcome Centre.
Showcasing arts, attractions, food, shopping and tours, the screens delve into north Belfast, the Shankill Quarter, Linen Quarter, city centre, Gaeltacht Quarter, Titanic Quarter, Eastside, the Queen’s Quarter and Cathedral Quarter.
The touch screens also provide the option to explore beyond the city, touching on key Northern Ireland visitor areas including Tyrone, Down, Armagh, Fermanagh, Derry and the Causeway Coastal Route.
It is hoped the new interactive screens will provide inspirational content and ideas for visitors entering the city.
