Corporate Services

The Finance and Procurement team is responsible for and manages all finance-related activities and requirements within Tourism NI.  The team also maintains, enhances and reports on the governance standards within the organisation. 

The People & Organisational Development team support corporate goals and objectives through effective recruitment, retention and development of staff.  The team also has responsibility for facilities management with the organisation.  The Executive Support Team sits within this division and is responsible for the provision of high quality administrative support to the Senior Management Team and Board.

The Strategy & Policy Team supports the work of the Board and Senior Management Team in the development of tourism policy and strategy and guides the strategic direction of tourism in Northern Ireland through gathering, analysis and sharing of market intelligence, insights, economic, and consumer trends.  The team also supports the Board and Senior Management Team in developing, managing and overseeing the delivery of the annual Operating Plan and is responsible for co-ordinating key corporate information.

The Computer Services team deals with technology delivery, integration, operations, technical project delivery and governance within Tourism Northern Ireland.

The Digital Services unit is responsible for an exciting Digital Transformation Work Programme. The team identify unarticulated business needs and co-ordinate between stakeholder groups to address them. The team monitor global technology trends, provide consultative support on business-led technology initiatives, create prototypes and co-design innovative solutions.
