Belfast City Council have created free, fun and practical training to help your business make changes in the way you communicate so that you can give the best possible service to disabled customers. 

View Training Session 1 - this session explains disability and inclusion and why it’s so important for the tourism industry to understand these areas.

View Training Session 2 this session explores why being communication-confident is key. It also looks at disability language and offers simple tips for good communication.

View Training Session 3 - this session is about communicating confidently with people with various disabilities including non-visible disabilities.
