Inclusive & Accessible Tourism – Industry Update
Following the success of our Inclusive and Accessible Tourism workshop delivered in Derry~Londonderry earlier this year, Tourism NI was delighted to host this in-person update event once again led by Jamie Shields, Co-Founder of Disabled by Society.
During the event, attendees received the latest updates along with practical tips, tools and tactics to ensure their Tourism and Hospitality businesses were open to all.
Participants learned first-hand from a panel of experts about how to maximise this market by making innovations and adjustments to attract, delight and retain the widest variety of visitors. The event also included insights on inclusivity at major events, with examples from The 153rd Open and The Belfast Mela.
